If you don’t feel like smoking, you can also vape CBD oil. Simply follow the same steps above, except add the oil to the chamber instead of water.
I tried both methods of vaping CBD oil. In my opinion, the best way to consume CBD is by vaping. Not only did it work much faster, but the flavour wasn’t affected at all. Plus, you can control how much you take each day.
